Hi, I am Azmina Jahani, your Midlife coach!
I’m an ICF-certified Life and Wellness Coach (ACC), and a Certified Menopause Coach, with a background in medicine and over 20 years working in women’s imaging and radiology in Toronto.
But more importantly—I’m a woman just like you, navigating the ups and downs of midlife, hormones, and everything in between.

My journey into coaching began through my volunteer work with the Canadian Cancer Society as a peer health coach. I supported women living with chronic conditions, helping them set goals around healthier living—whether that meant movement, nutrition, mindset shifts, or simply making space for self-care.

That work lit a fire in me. I realized how much I loved helping women reconnect with their bodies and their power.

As I went through my own midlife transition, I experienced firsthand how misunderstood this phase can be. It’s not just hot flashes—it’s your mind, your energy, your sense of self. I felt the emotional and psychological toll, and it made me want to learn everything I could.

I dove deeper, taking advanced training through Harvard Medical School’s continuing education in women’s health—and I now blend that evidence-based knowledge with a coach’s heart and a woman’s lived experience.

My mission? To create a safe, supportive space where women can feel seen, understood, and empowered. Whether you’re dealing with perimenopause, menopause, or just feeling out of sync with your body—this is a place for you.

My passion is to provide midlife women a safe and grounding space, where they can truly connect with all parts of their physical, emotional, and mental selves.
