Hormonal shifts can begin upto eight years before the actual menopause_ and this is the Perimenopause period, which can start as early as at the age of 35 and can last as long as 10 years. This phase eventually leading to Menopause, is a period of profound hormonal change. Most common symptoms range anywhere from hot flashes, night sweats, vaginal dryness, brain fog, and mood swings, that can take a toll on daily life. Over 40% of women experience anxiety and depression, resulting in feelings of self-blame, or worthlessness.
